The royal fenjan family ruled fairy society before the AVA arrived, even though the AVA took power from them when the angles arrived after the great magical war.
The royal family still exists, today Queen Yii and her mate, king Marsha "rules", with the little crown prince, Balou, adored by most fenjans and the subject of as much gossip as any royal family today.
Balou has always been a rebel and like sto challenge authority however, he is very proper and his core is fairy, through and through, he would like to keep the fenjan religions and culture intact, and practices fenjanhood, as an idol for all fairies to look up to, especially when the throne is his one day.
The AVA has been open to let the royal fairy family have more saypower in the future especially under the new leadership spearheaded by Luna Moonmaker. Who is not of royal blood but is still often called Princess Luna for her mannerisms. and her son Zef're Coo Moonmaker, the werewolf.
The fairy world, Fenjan society as its called, before the AVA used to have royal leadership, with duchesses, dukles, kings and queens. Few dukes and Duchesses still exists, one baroness, and then the family. The baroness and duchess and two dukes still around are allowed to rule their ancestorial lands for now by the AVA. Still lead by the royal family. And now Luna has the AVA, the time for a change of leadership within traditional Fenjan ways, are yet to be fulfilled.
